No Refunds Policy
Due to the digital, personalized, and time-intensive nature of astrological readings, reports, and digital products, all sales are final.
No Exceptions: Once a service is booked, a reading is completed, or a digital product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Agreement: By purchasing any service or product from this website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a session please due so ASAP. We request 48 hrs. notice when possible. You may reschedule once with no consequence if you do so at least 2 hours prior to your session. If you miss your appointment and fail to reschedule in advance we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without refund. If you need to reschedule more than once a $40 rescheduling fee will be required prior to re-booking.
Pre-Payment Policy
Payment is required prior to all LIVE Appointments. No exceptions.
